ph135 Terms and Conditions

1 Eligibility

To register and use ph135, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines when accessing the platform.
• You must not be excluded from online gaming platforms, whether voluntarily or by instruction of a regulatory or legal authority.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You must not be an employee, director, or immediate family member of an employee or director of ph135 or its affiliated entities.

ph135 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to have been under 21 at the time of registration, the account will be closed and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

2 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one account on ph135. Creating multiple accounts – whether in your own name or using another person's identity – is a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ph135 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to keep your password secure.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete.
• You must notify ph135 immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. This involves submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID.
• ph135 may at any time request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3 Deposits and Payments

All deposits and transactions on ph135 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). No other currency is accepted. You may fund your account through the payment channels made available on the platform, which include Philippine bank transfers, mobile banking services, and supported local e-wallets.

• You may only fund your ph135 account using payment methods registered in your own name.
• Deposits made from third-party accounts – including accounts belonging to family members – are not permitted.
• Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods on ph135.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply depending on the selected payment channel. These are displayed at the time of transaction.
• ph135 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment service provider or your bank.

4 Betting and Games

By placing a bet or starting a game session on ph135, you acknowledge that all gaming outcomes involve an element of chance and that ph135 does not guarantee any return on any bet or game session.

• Bets and game wagers are final once confirmed. ph135 does not cancel or reverse confirmed bets except where required by specific event circumstances (e.g., event cancellation or suspension) as described in individual game or sports betting rules.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet type and game category. These are displayed within the relevant game or betting market.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game session, ph135 will attempt to resolve the round fairly based on the data available at the time of the fault. Where resolution is not possible, affected stakes will be returned.
• ph135 reserves the right to void bets placed on clearly erroneous odds or game configurations due to a pricing or technical error.
• Live in-play bets accepted after an event's outcome is determined – where that outcome was knowable at the time of bet placement – may be voided at ph135's discretion.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be made from the cashier section of your ph135 account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for your deposit where possible. ph135 may request additional verification if a different channel is requested.
• All withdrawals are paid in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• Processing times vary by payment channel. ph135 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly, but processing times may be affected by the receiving bank or payment provider.
• ph135 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the outcome of an investigation into account activity, where fraud or breach of these Terms is suspected.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

ph135 may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, or cashback arrangements to eligible players. Any such offer will be subject to its own specific terms, which will be published at the time the offer is made available.

• General platform descriptions of bonus or promotion features are for informational purposes only. Specific terms including amounts, wagering requirements, eligible games, and validity periods are published with each individual offer.
• ph135 does not guarantee that any bonus or promotion will be available at any given time.
• Abuse of bonus structures – including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim offers, or exploiting technical errors to generate unintended bonus credits – will result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated balances.
• ph135 reserves the right to amend or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where operationally required.

7 Responsible Gaming

ph135 is committed to supporting responsible play. We do not promote gaming as a source of income, and we do not make claims of guaranteed returns or risk-free play.

• Players are encouraged to set personal deposit and session limits before starting any gaming activity.
• Self-exclusion options are available to players who wish to temporarily or permanently restrict their access to ph135.
• ph135 may restrict or close an account where there are signs of problem gambling behaviour, regardless of whether the player has requested this.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on ph135 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonuses.
• Providing false information during registration, KYC, or any other account process.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Using ph135 in connection with any fraudulent, money-laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Exploiting bugs or errors in the platform to gain an unfair advantage; any such advantage gained must be reported immediately and is not considered a valid win.

9 Limitation of Liability

ph135 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent service quality, we do not warrant uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times.

• ph135 is not liable for losses arising from network outages, device failures, or connectivity problems on the player's end.
• ph135 is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's decision to bet or play – gaming involves risk, and players accept that risk when placing wagers.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, ph135's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the net amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits ph135's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by ph135's negligence.

10 Changes to These Terms

ph135 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of ph135 after a change has been published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
